No appointment needed. Our estimating times are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm.
We work with all insurance companies and are happy to work with yours!
It is not possible to assess all of your vehicles damage during an initial estimate. Parts and vehicle components behind exterior panels may be damaged and cannot be detected until the vehicle is torn down/taken apart. A supplement is additional accessed damage found after the initial estimate.
If you have an insurance claim, we will take care of all supplements.
If you are not going through insurance, we will notify you of any supplemental damage accessed.
It is preferable for us to have your vehicle at our location as early as possible the morning you have been scheduled for repairs (7:30am - 8am).
There is a key drop box next our front door for vehicles dropped off during closed business hours.
We work exclusively with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to facilitate quality transportation while your vehicle is being worked on. When you make your service appointment, be sure to ask us how you can obtain a rental vehicle while yours is in the shop.
We can arrange a rental vehicle to be at our shop during your vehicle drop off time.
You are also free to choose any rental company of your choice.
Our shop policy is that all vehicles must be paid for in full before it leaves our facility.
If you can't make it during business hours to pick up your vehicle, that's ok, we accept payment over the phone if it is preferable. Please contact us per your situation.
